Website Accessibility

We don't just believe in giving you a holiday, we aim to give you the kind of holiday experience you'll remember forever. And that goes for everyone, right down to the tiniest detail. With that in mind, even our website is designed to be accessible and useful for everyone.

Access keys

Access keys allow you to navigate to particular sections of the page or website quickly. On our website, access keys are implemented across all pages with consistency.

To use the access keys, hold down the Alt key (PC users), or the Ctrl key (Mac users) and then press one of the access keys listed in the table below. Firefox users will also need to hold down the Shift button.

Linear browsing

The underlying structure of the Virgin Holidays website has been built with accessibility in mind. For users who are using a screen reader, you should find that the actual content of the page is close to the top - this is so that you can get to the content that counts quickly. In browsers such as Mozilla and Opera you can turn the styles off or use a high contrast style sheet effectively.

Is there anything else we can do?

We are serious about providing the best possible web experience to all of our users who are searching for a holiday. If you encounter any difficulties or if you have any suggestions for us, we really want to hear from you! Please contact us with any of your comments or questions.
