Online Check in*
Just go to www.virginatlantic.com/checkin it allows you
to check in any time between 24 and 2 hours prior to departure. You can now also print your boarding pass
from home (available when you check in online and on selected routes only). Online Check In will also all you
to choose the seat you like. Seats in exit rows can only be allocated at check in, and only to passengers
over 16years and physically fit. Bulkhead seats are reserved for those requiring a SkyCot for infants under
12 months. For a bulkhead seat, please call your Travel Guru.

T's and C's
Online check in is available whn travelling to all destinations except Nigeria and when travelling to the
UK from Havana, Grenada and Tobago. If travelling to or from the US, passport details and permanent resident
card details (if you are a US citizen holding a permanent resident card) will be required. Non US citizens
also need to provide address details of their first night stay in the UL sot compete the check in process.
This service is available to all Virgin Atlantic passengers except young persons travelling alone; customers
required to see a member of staff before checking in; some customers booked as part of a group; customers
checking in firearms; customers who are already checked in.

V ROOM
If you're flying from Gatwick, Virgin Holidays has a dedicated lounge, the V ROOM and we would like to
extend a complimentary invite to all Virgin Holidays + Hip Hotels customers departing from London Gatwick
South Terminal on any airline*. There are fabulous views from floor to ceiling windows, a breakfast café,
interactive games, children's playroom, a lounge area to kick back with a coffee or a drink from the bar,

Heathrow offers Virgin Atlantic's flagship Clubhouse, designed to give the feel of a private member's club.
Offering a Deli and Brasserie as well as a long Cocktail Bar; you can get a facial, manicure, pedicure, massage
or shave at 'Cowshed at the Clubhouse', get a new haircut at Bumble and bumble, or simply chill out by the
Japanese waterfall in the Poolside Lounge. There are also full business facilities, of course, and a great
